With COVID happening there was an increase in demand in certain divisions across the industry that was not being realized by the organization. A strategic plan was needed to be able to execute to achieve the goals for the organization.

5 Year Strategy

  • Develop a cohesive 5 years strategy that included sales, M&A, Operational Improvements, Supply Chain Optimizations & an upgrade to the technology being utilized.
  • Grow sales through new product offerings and technology along with Acquisitions into new sectors and regions.
  • Develop standardization for operational procedures and processes across the seven divisions to remove waste and costs.
    • Centralize the End to End supply chain processes to optimize procurement power, volume plays and build a vendor management system to develop and control the supply base.
    • Develop and implement a new ERP system across 225 sites in NA and England.

      • Through the activities that have been implemented from 2020 through 2022 the organization has seen a 4% growth in the first year and a 25% growth in the second year in revenue, a gross margin increase by 171 bps, an operational cost decrease by 15%, a reduction in material costs by 12% and an EBITDA increase by 21%.
